Jumping and landing are common in sports like volleyball, basketball, and football, often leading to injuries during single-leg landings due to high impact forces and stability challenges. Athletes increasingly use compression garments (CGs) for support and impact reduction. However, the optimal elasticity, compression levels, and effectiveness of different CG lengths for joint movement during landing are unclear. This project explores the impact of various CG lengths on repeated single-leg landings through a biomechanical study.
