The invention discloses a three-dimensional scanning-based waved skirt lossless sample connection method, and the method comprises the steps: completely scanning a waved skirt through a specific scanning device, and obtaining the three-dimensional point cloud data of the waved skirt; reconstructing a waved skirt three-dimensional clothing model based on Delaunay triangulation of a Bower-Watson algorithm, then segmenting and flattening the three-dimensional waved skirt clothing model based on an improved energy model curved surface flattening algorithm, automatically generating a clothing template, and realizing automatic sample connection of a clothing real object. On one hand, the problem of obtaining the depth information can be solved by combining a clothing digitization technology with a computer algorithm, the three-dimensional modelling of the clothing is reproduced, a clothing sample plate is automatically generated, and the degree of dependence of a sample connection technology on subjective experience of people is reduced; and on the other hand, under the current situation that most of the sample separation technologies are adopted, the sample connection method can avoid damage to the clothes, and the integrity of the clothes is guaranteed.
