A novel deep learning approach has been introduced for foot type classification from dynamic foot images to improve insole geometry and customized fit. Foot measurements are utilized in a classification model, which boasts an accuracy of over 90%. This model ensures an enhanced fit, comfort and support for insole design in both static and dynamic situations.
